All the past torrential rainstorms over the years had left our deck and staircase crumbling from dry rot.  Several google searches and a bit of research later, I am so happy we found this guy!  Romy and his team do excellent work and he’s fast.  From start to finish, he was professional and communicative with the details of our project. He came in with the estimate by the next day, explained the details, then they showed up the following week to start.
He was on time everyday, organized with the lumber & deliveries, and kept the work area spotless before they left each day.  With our needs and his recommendation, we decided on Trex, because there’s little to no maintenance needed for years. Our deck is so beautiful now and we are happy customers. Selected Romy Construction to replace my current wood panels on the front of my home to stucco and it was the best decision.
Roman and his team were very professional throughout every step of the process: the team was punctual every single day of the project, they were very experienced, knew exactly what they were doing for each step and were very skilled in their craft. They kept the job site nice and clean throughout the process and Roman was present every day and constantly communicating with me on the process and next steps. He was easy to work with and accommodating, I was able to make suggestions as the project progressed and Roman was able to adjust and make things happen. Roman also provided great suggestions to further enhance the appearance of the home so the communication was great. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend Romy Construction. I was impressed with Roman's care about the quality of his work and attention to the details. After doing a lot of research on the internet, I was lucky to find Romy Construction. Roman the owner, and his team have the best work environment and communication, plus with with a good attitude. He gave me good recommendations about improving my kitchen and bathroom which I loved, I'm very happy with the work he has Done in my house. I recommend this company 100%. Very knowledgeable to perform any tasks, I was surprised by his ability to resolve problems.
Overall, he remodeled my kitchen and bathroom, installed light fixtures, installed the tile flooring, plumbing work system and painted my whole interior house. I will hire him again for my next project. The best contractor so don’t be afraid to just make him the one you chose. Thanks so much, Roman!
